Anti-gun ‘Tampon Run’ game puts messy spin on blood dancing

“Instead of holding a gun, the runner holds tampons, and instead of shooting enemies, the runner throws tampons at them,” Gonzales and Houser explain in the instructions for their game, which can be played at TamponRun.com. While not exactly “blood dancing” in the accepted understanding of the term as it applies to anti-gunners, perhaps “virtual blood waddling” would be more fitting in this case. [More]
This evening's Gun Rights Examiner report notes "progressives" are bloody idiots, period.

That's the way the kingdom crumbles...

Rush to Judgment

This comment just showed up under today's GRE:

DobYNS, Mr. Informed. And when published, defamation is "libel," not that this is--but it is illustrative of how ignorant YOU are about this entire story.

Good rule of thumb--survey the terrain before you engage. Accusing me of all people of siding with Holder is pretty comical, in a you’re-epically-uninformed sort of way.

Jay is a longtime valued source and associate, and "No Angel" is not only his self-designated moniker from his book title, referring to him not being part of Hell's Angels, but also a unifying theme on several reports I've done about his case. He's promoted those articles within his circles, and is the one who alerted me to this latest development, just as he has throughout his case and other related stories I've reported on, and will again whenever new stuff he thinks I need to know about comes up.

Plus, just FYI, "Examiner" takes no sides -- we content providers are responsible for our own views. Not that I expect you to have taken the time to figure that one out, either.

Good grief.

‘No Angel’ Dobyns wins “David and Goliath’ challenge against ATF

“[T]he court finds that defendant did not breach the Settlement Agreement, but did breach the covenant of good faith and fair dealing,” Senior Judge Francis M. Allegra noted, characterizing Dobyns’ ordeal as “Kafkaesque” with no-nonsense candor revealing he is not at all pleased with government conduct. “Based on the breach of the covenant, the court finds that plaintiff is entitled to damages in the amount of $173,000. The court further finds that defendant is not entitled to recover anything with respect to its counterclaim.” [More]
Today's Gun Rights Examiner report notes a civil ending to what should ultimately be a criminal matter.

Alice in Blunderland

It could have been written today, and be just as offensive to liberals as it was in 1906.
That was part of an email I received recommending this book, which I'm told at 58 pages is a fast read.  I see it will allow me to download a copy as a pdf file, so perhaps I'll get a chance this week to see.

I note they also have one of my favorites, which basically explains why some are just not equipped to perceive outside of a self-imposed plane or existence.  The ones most subversive are those who can but hide the truth from others.

This ManyBooks.net website looks like a keeper.

What have we learned about "progressives" and Opposite Day?

Why, I'd Have Given Them a Good Talking To!

Obama said he would have released the hostages and pinned notes to their chests that urged the United States, “Stay out of here; this is none of your business,” according to the Times report. If the terrorists had done that, Obama reportedly argued, the group may have been able to diminish public support for U.S. military action. [More]
I wonder if he is actually this delusional.

We're the Only Ones Beating Terminal Disease Enough

Jeffrey Banes, 39, was arrested in West Virginia by four cops who left him choking on his own blood while subduing him ... His family says Banes' illness, Huntington's disease, can make it seem as if he's intoxicated because it affects his motor functions ... The violent arrest was captured on camera [More]

Yeah, but mass chaos and pervasive, targeted violence could never happen here because we're special and immune.

Just ask our armed bodyguard-protected "artists."

I guess anything is possible. Probable is another matter. I'd need to see a more effective means of transmission substantiated before putting too much energy into this that might distract from more likely dangers.

Voice of the People

Although no real effort has been made by President Barack Obama and the Democrats to significantly alter America’s gun laws, the firearms lobby has inspired a panic among Second Amendment zealots in the wake of mass shootings, such as the Connecticut elementary school where 20 children died. [More]

“He pulled him out of the car, handcuffed him then drug him around the car then let him fall and it looked like he hit his face on the concrete, you could see blood coming out of his mouth and the cop put his foot on his back and moved it back and forth like he was putting a cigarette out and asked him ‘are you ready to get up now?’ You could tell the kid was going into convulsions. He turned him over and his head was dangling like this and he had blood coming out,” said Baker. [More]
That'll teach him to listen and obey! Thank goodness they got this menace off the streets!
