11% of the population, that's not even the largest minority holds 70% of the jobs in an industry? Looks like there's a need to level the "playing field" to me.
I''ll agree with PatH the NFL is overdue for some EEOC action ! OTOH, making this a "racial thing" might not work too well, since that "70%" only has a job so long as fans of every color and race support their money machine !
