Hastings Settlement Latest Revelation in Career Defined by Corruption

Hastings' impeachment was reversed by the SCOTUS. That's not constitutional, but congress didn't stop that action.

That's how he qualifies for congress, he's not a prohibited person.

He should have been, however.
